Section 437-003-0007 - Additional Rules of Practice for Administrative Adjudications

In addition to and not in lieu of administrative and legal actions outlined in29 CFR 1926.4, the State of Oregon will use the provisions of ORS Chapter 183 and 654, and OAR Chapter 437, Division 1, to administer this code.
