Section 437-002-0368 - Deterioration(1) Periodic examination, at least annually, of all asbestos containing material should be performed to detect deterioration.(2) Asbestos which has become damaged or deteriorated shall be repaired, enclosed, encapsulated, or removed in accordance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.1101 in OAR 437, Division 3, Construction.Or.
