Section 436-035-0019 - Chronic Condition(1) For the purpose of this rule, "significantly limited in the repetitive use" means the worker is unable to repetitively use a body part identified in subsections (a) through (j) of this section for more than two-thirds of a period of time. A worker is entitled to a 5% chronic condition impairment value for each applicable body part, when a preponderance of medical opinion establishes that, due to a chronic and permanent medical condition, the worker is significantly limited in the repetitive use of one or more of the following body parts: (a) Lower leg (below knee/foot/ankle);(b) Upper leg (knee and above);(c) Forearm (below elbow/hand/wrist);(d) Arm (elbow and above);(2) Chronic condition impairments are to be combined with other impairment values, not added.Or.
