Section 423-005-0005 - Conduct of State and Local Commission Meetings(1) All meetings of the State Commission, its subcommittees and advisory committees, and Local Commissions and their subcommittees are subject to the provisions of the Oregon Public Meetings Law, ORS 192.610 to 192.690.(2) The State Commission will meet at least once every three months at a place, day and hour determined by the State Commission in compliance with ORS 417.740(3).Or.
