The purpose of this rule is to describe the administrative medical examinations and reports authorized by the Oregon Youth Authority for youth in its custody who are or are potentially Medicaid-eligible (see OAR 416-610-0000 through OAR 416-610-0200 for discussion of Medicaid eligibility).
