Section 413-040-0155 - Participants in Administrative Reviews and Permanency Hearings(1) All legal custodians and parents must be invited and encouraged to participate in Administrative Reviews and Permanency Hearings.(2) Other individuals to invite are: (a) Substitute care providers;(b) Children, when it is determined that the child's attendance would be appropriate and the child wishes to attend;(c) Attorneys and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA);(d) Indian tribe (if applicable).Or.
