Section 413-015-1005 - Purpose of the CPS Assessment DispositionsThe purpose of OAR 413-015-1005 to 413-015-1015 is to describe Child Welfare responsibilities when determining CPS assessment dispositions for:
(1) Reports of abuse as defined in OAR 413-015-0115(1)(a) of a child; and(2) Reports of abuse as defined in OAR 413-015-0115(1)(b) of a child or young adult living with a resource family or receiving services from a respite provider certified by Child Welfare.Or. Admin. R. 413-015-1005
