Section 413-015-0803 - Assignment of Third Party CPS Assessment(1) A third party CPS assessment may only be assigned to a Child Welfare employee whose current position is a CPS worker, a CPS supervisor, or an employee who meets the definition of CPS worker.(2) Whenever possible, separate CPS workers must be assigned to complete the assessments of allegations when a parent is a child, an alleged perpetrator and alleged victim.Or.
