Section 413-015-0460 - Visitation(1) If an out-of-home ongoing safety plan is developed, the CPS worker must arrange for visitation between the child and the child's family.(2) The CPS worker must refer to "Visits and Other Types of Child and Family Contact", OAR 413-070-0800 to 413-070-0880.Or.
