Section 411-073-0060 - Directed Inservice Training(1) When Imposed. The Division may require Directed Inservice Training: (a) When isolated deficiencies or a pattern of deficiencies result in actual harm or a potential for more than minimal harm, including immediate jeopardy; or(b) In any other situation under which a category 1 remedy is required or optional in Exhibit 1.(2) Required Action. Facilities shall implement a Directed Inservice Training prescribed by the Division when required by the Division.Or. Admin. Code § 411-073-0060
