Section 411-070-0105 - Resident Property Records(1) Current Records. The facility must maintain a current, written record for each resident that includes written receipts for all personal possessions deposited with the facility.(2) Availability. The property record must be available to the resident and the resident's representative.(3) Personal Property. The resident's private property must be clearly marked with his or her name.(4) Department Audit. These records are subject to the same audit criteria as all personal incidental funds in OAR 411-070-0100.(5) Removal from Facility. The Department may remove copies of these records from the facility.Or. Admin. Code § 411-070-0105
