Section 411-345-0050 - Reciprocal Compliance for Agency Providers(1) The Department may accept compliance with other formally recognized standards as assurance of compliance with all or part of these rules. (2) An employment service provider seeking an endorsement based on compliance with other standards must provide the Department with a copy of the complete detailed report from the reviewing group. Where there are differences between other standards and Oregon Administrative Rules, the Oregon Administrative Rules shall take precedence.Or. Admin. Code § 411-345-0050
