Section 410-147-0240 - Administrative Medical Examinations and Reports(1) The Division of Medical Assistance Programs (Division) does not reimburse Administrative Medical Examinations and Reports at a clinic's encounter rate. DMAP reimburses providers for Administrative Examinations and Reports on a fee-for-service basis.(2) Refer to OAR 410 division 150, Administrative Examination and Billing Services, for specific requirements.
