Section 410-146-0075 - Client Copayments(1) AI/AN clients who are members of a federally recognized Indian Tribe or Tribal Organization and receive Medicaid-covered services rendered through an IHCP are exempt from copayments. Refer to OAR 410-120-1230 Client Copayment.(2) IHCPs may not charge copayments to eligible non-AI/AN Division clients receiving care at their facility. Or. Admin. Code § 410-146-0075
