Section 410-142-0280 - Recipient BenefitsAn individual who has elected to receive hospice care remains entitled to receive other services not included in the hospice benefit. These services are subject to the same rules as for non-hospice clients. Typical services used that are not covered by the hospice benefit include:
(1) Attending physician care (e.g. office visits, hospital visits, etc.);(2) Medical transportation;(3) Any services, drugs or supplies for a condition other than the recipient's terminal illness or a related condition (e.g. broken leg, pre-existing diabetes).Or. Admin. Code § 410-142-0280
