Section 407-045-0830 - Training of Children's Care Providers(1) The Department shall provide training and consultation to CCPs to identify abuse and to prevent abuse from occurring.(2) The Department shall provide training to assist CCPs to understand the abuse investigation process and the CCP's responsibility in cooperating with the investigation.Or.
