Section 345-060-0055 - Enforcement(1) The Director of the Oregon Department of Energy may issue an order to halt the transport of radioactive material if he or she believes there is a clear and immediate danger to public health or safety. The Director may serve the order without prior hearing or notice.(2) In accordance with Division 29 of this chapter, the Department of Energy may issue a notice of violation and may assess a civil penalty for violations of the rules of this division or applicable provisions of ORS Chapter 469.Or.
