Section 345-001-0035 - Electric and Magnetic Field Committee(1) The chair shall appoint an Electric and Magnetic Field Committee composed of Council members and representatives of the public, utilities, manufacturers and state agencies. The chair may delegate the authority to set meeting dates and agendas to the committee.(2) The committee shall monitor information available and being developed on the health effects of exposure to low frequency electric and magnetic fields and report the committee's findings periodically to the Council. The Council shall report the findings of the committee to the Legislative Assembly.Or. Admin. Code § 345-001-0035
