Section 340-124-0055 - Requirements for Dry Stores

Any dry cleaning machinery at a dry store location shall have dry cleaning solvent and solvent-containing residue removed from the dry cleaning machinery in accordance with40 CFR 261.4(c)and the dry cleaning machine shall not be connected to any utilities.
