Section 340-104-0074 - Availability of Records

(1) The provisions of40 CFR 264.74(a)are replaced with section (2) of this rule.

(2) All records, including plans, required under this Division must be furnished upon request, and made available at all reasonable times for inspection, by any officer, employee, or representative of the Department as authorized byORS 466.185.
