Section 340-104-0011 - Identification Number

In addition to the provisions of40 CFR 264.11, as a matter of policy, the Department will accept EPA identification numbers already assigned, use an amended EPA registration form, and use EPA's identification numbering system (Dun and Bradstreet) for owners and operators who register in the future.
