Section 340-102-0050 - International Shipments

(1) Any person who is required to comply with40 CFR 262.50through262.58shall also comply with section (2) of this rule.

(2) When shipping hazardous waste outside the United States, the generator must notify the Department in writing in accordance with40 CFR 262.53.

(3) These notices must be sent to Department of Environmental Quality, Hazardous Waste Section.
