Section 334-001-0020 - Contracting and Procurement(1) It is the policy of the Board to conduct its procurement efforts to ensure a process that promotes fairness, integrity, security, and honesty to maximize revenue and achieve the best value for the Board.(2) These rules are used to simplify, clarify and modernize the public contracting of the Board.Or.
