Section 333-007-0370 - Sampling Personnel Requirements; Sampling Recordkeeping(1) Only individuals employed by a laboratory with an ORELAP accredited scope item for sampling under these rules may take samples.(2) Sampling may only be conducted at a licensee's or registrant's premises or the licensee or registrant may transport the entire batch to a laboratory with an ORELAP accredited scope item for sampling under these rules.Or.
