Section 333-060-0190 - Domestic Water Quality

(1) Water supplied at public swimming pools shall comply with rules of the Division for Public Water Systems, OAR 333-061-0005 through 333-061-0099.

(2) There shall be no cross connection between the pool water recirculation system or backwash system and the domestic water supply. Public swimming pool water recirculation and backwash systems shall comply with the Cross Connection Control Requirements of OAR 333-061-0070.
