Section 333-049-0030 - Enrollment

(1) All children born in the state shall be enrolled in the IIS.

(2) Any person who receives an immunization in the state may be enrolled in the IIS.

(3) Nothing in these rules require the consent of a parent, guardian or client prior to enrollment in theIIS.

(4) For the purposes of enrolling children in the IIS, the manager may identify children born in the state from any birth record or abstract.
