Section 333-039-0045 - Fire Protection(1) Each camping space shall be a minimum of 1,000 square feet or large enough to accommodate a parked camping vehicle, tent vehicle or tent, as the case may be, and to maintain at least 15 feet separation from any other camping vehicle, tent vehicle or tent, building, structure, or property line.(2) The organizer shall secure a written statement from the local fire protection agency having jurisdiction that fire protection complies with state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and is satisfactory with respect to anticipated crowds and location of the outdoor mass gathering.Or.
