These rules (OAR 333-024-0005 through 333-024-0055 and OAR 333-024-0260 and 333-024-0265) are for the purpose of carrying out ORS Chapter 438, the declarative purpose of which is to insure the quality of medical laboratory work in order to protect the health and welfare of the people of the State of Oregon by establishing a regulatory program for clinical laboratories.
