Section 333-022-1020 - CareAssist: Eligibility

To qualify for the CAREAssist program an individual must:

(1) Be HIV positive or have AIDS; and

(2) Reside in Oregon; and

(3) Have a monthly income based on family size which is at or below 550 percent of the FPL.
