Section 333-105-0700 - Recordkeeping Requirements: Records of Personnel Monitoring

Each licensee must maintain the following exposure records specified in OAR 333-105-0560:

(1) Direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks required by OAR 333-105-0560(2) and 333-105-0560(3) for three years after the record is made;
(2) Records of alarming ratemeter calibrations for three years after the record is made;
(3) Personnel dosimeter results until the Authority terminates the license or registration; and
(4) Records of estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters, lost or damaged personnel dosimeters until the Authority terminates the license or registration.
