Section 333-101-0065 - Additional Requirements(1) No person shall use a radiation machine unless that machine is registered with the Oregon Health Authority in accordance with OAR 333-101-0005 or is exempt from the registration under OAR 333-101-0010 or 333-101-0025.(2) No registrant shall use a radiation machine unless a current certificate of validation has been issued for that machine.(3) The registrant must comply with any additional requirements or conditions listed on the then current certificate of validation on which the Authority has deemed appropriate or necessary to minimize danger to public health and safety or property.Or.
