Section 291-100-0100 - Prison Term and Sentence Reduction Credits(1) Statutory Good Time and Extra Good Time Credits: Statutory Good Time and Extra Good Time Credits may be applied in accordance with ORS 421.120(2), 421.122, and the department's rules on Prison Term Modification (OAR 291-097).(2) Earned Time Credits: Earned Time Credits may be applied in accordance with ORS 421.121 and the department's rules on Prison Term Modification (OAR 291-097).Or.
