Section 274-030-0600 - Expansion and Enhancement Appropriations Program(1) This program's objective is to provide designated funds which are to be utilized to expand and enhance the services provided by county veterans' service programs.(2) The Department has the responsibility to establish, revise, or add to this program's rules.Or.
