Section 274-030-0565 - Fiscal Division of Funds(1) Of the funds available for the biennium for disbursement to counties, not more than one-half shall be disbursed during the first fiscal year of the biennium.(2) The maximum benefit to counties during the fiscal year shall be 75 percent of the approved budgeted expenditures, not to exceed $12,500.Or.
