Section 259-061-0130 - Copying and Distribution of the Exam(1) No person, school, association or any other entity is authorized to copy or distribute any exam administered by the Department without prior written authorization;(2) Applicants who take the exam must not disclose to anyone or any entity the contents of the exam including the exam questions and answers.Or.
