Section 259-020-0150 - Examination for Licensure(1) Applicants must submit the examination fee prescribed by OAR 259-020-0220 prior to taking the exam.(2) The minimum passing score for the exam is 80%.(3) Applicants and polygraph examiner trainees are limited to three attempts to pass the exam.(4) A person who does not achieve a passing score on the exam must wait the following minimum time periods before retaking the exam:(a) First failure: seven days.(b) Second failure: 14 days.(5) The licensure of a person who does not achieve a passing score on the exam within three attempts is subject to denial or revocation pursuant to OAR 259-020-0200.(6) Persons who take the exam are prohibited from disclosing the contents of the exam, including the exam questions and answers, to anyone or any entity.Or.
