Section 213-090-0060 - Grants to the Oregon State Police

(1) The Commission shall award grants to the Oregon State Police for the purposes of addressing organized retail theft in Oregon upon receipt of an eligible application.

(2) The Commission may approve any application by the Oregon State Police in full or in part.

(3) The Commission may create a set-aside of funds to award to the Oregon State Police.
