Section 213-018-0068 - Subjecting Another Person to Involuntary Servitude I (2007 Oregon Laws Ch 811)(1)CRIME CATEGORY 9: Subjecting Another Person to Involuntary Servitude I shall be ranked at Crime Category 9 if the offender caused or threatened to cause death or serious physical injury to a person.(2)CRIME CATEGORY 6: Subjecting Another Person to Involuntary Servitude I shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if the offender restrained or threatened to physically restrain a person.Or.
