Section 213-018-0040 - Incest (ORS 163.525)(1)CRIME CATEGORY 6: Incest shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if one of the participants is less than eighteen years of age and the age differential between the two participants is more than three years.(2)CRIME CATEGORY 1: Incest I shall be ranked at Crime Category 1 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 6.Or.
