Section 213-018-0030 - Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor (ORS 163.157)(1)CRIME CATEGORY 8: Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor shall be ranked at Crime Category 8 if the conduct is likely to endanger the health or welfare of the child, otherwise it shall be ranked at Crime Category 5.(2)CRIME CATEGORY 5: Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor shall be ranked at Crime Category 5 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 8.Or.
