Section 199-010-0070 - Report Filing Deadlines for Lobbyists and Client/Employer of Lobbyists(1) Lobbyist expenditure reports must be filed online via EFS by the 15th of the month following each calendar quarter (January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15), regardless of whether the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend.(2) Client/Employer expenditure reports must be filed online via EFS by the 15th of the month following each calendar quarter (January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15), regardless of whether the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend.Or.
