Section 165-010-1112 - [Effective until 11/5/2024] Filing Deadline for Constitution Party to Fill a Vacancy in Nomination made by a Minor Political Party for the office of US Representative, District 5

(1) The purpose of this rule is to specify the period following a vacancy within which a minor political party must notify the filing officer of the name of the new nominee.

(2) The Secretary of State hereby specifies that the deadline for notifying the filing officer of the name of the new nominee is September 5, 2024, by 12:00 PM.
