Section 150-321-0620 - Common Ownership of Small Tract Forestlands(1) For purposes of ORS 321.700(1), "Direct ownership" means ownership of forestland by one or more individuals or control of property rights in forestland granted under a real estate contract, trust or other written agreement.(2) "Majority interest" means an interest greater than 50 percent.Or.
