Section 141-086-0240 - Landowner Notification(1) When the LWI is approved by the Department, the local jurisdiction must notify by mail within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days all landowners of record whose parcel contains or abuts a mapped wetland or probable wetland.(2) The local jurisdiction must provide one copy of the landowner notification letter to the Department.Or.
