Section 141-071-0420 - Fees and Service Charges

The Division shall collect nonrefundable service charges to cover the expense of processing the following matters:

(1) Original application -- $50 for each lease or permit.

(2) Assignment -- $25 for each assignment.

(3) Mineral prospecting permit fee -- $.50/acre annually.

(4) Renewal prospecting permit fee -- $5/acre annually.
