Section 141-005-0020 - Special Meetings(1) A special meeting of the State Land Board may be called at any time by the Governor or by a majority of the members of the board.(2) Notice shall be given to members of the board at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting. Interested persons, wire services, newspapers, radio and television stations, and the general public shall be given notice 24 hours before the special meeting by means reasonably calculated to give actual notice under the circumstances.Or.
