Section 137-060-0200 - Notice of Garnishment - State Tax

The garnishment forms set forth in OAR 137-060-0210 to 137-060-0260 are provided for use by state agencies issuing a notice of garnishment pursuant to ORS 18.854 and ORS 18.855 for the collection of a state tax.
