Section 125-249-0460 - Performance and Payment Security; Waiver(1) See OAR 137-049-0460.(2) In addition to OAR 137-049-0460, an Authorized Agency having delegated Authority according to OAR 125-246-0170 may, in its discretion, waive the bid security requirements and performance and payment requirements if the amount of the Contract for the Public Improvement is less than $100,000.Or.
