Section 125-247-0285 - Special Procurements; Purpose and Application(1) Generally. An Authorized Agency may award a Contract as a Special Procurement pursuant to the requirements of ORS 279B.085.(2) Purpose. Pursuant to ORS 279B.085, these Rules establish the criteria for procuring Supplies and Services through Special Procurements by the Department and Authorized Agencies. Authorized Agencies must have delegated Authority pursuant to OAR 125-246-0170.Or. Admin. Code § 125-247-0285
