Section 123-042-0010 - Purpose and ObjectivesPursuant to ORS 285B.419, the Oregon Business Development Department is required to adopt rules that implement the Special Public Works Fund Program. These rules are promulgated under authority granted by ORS 285B.419(1) and 285A.075.
